An FIR was lodged on 15.08.2026 to the effect that, while conducting a naka checking on 15.08.2026, a vehicle carrying eight (8) numbers of bullocks was intercepted. On being questioned, the accused-applicant admitted that he is the driver of the vehicle, and the bullocks belonged to a person called Jabbar Ali. Taking into account the facts that the accused-applicant has been behind bars for the last 45 days, this Court is of the opinion that further detention of the accused-applicant is not necessary.
