Sandhawalia, Chief Justice (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wishes to file a separate writ petition, to challenge the benefit, which has been granted in pursuance of the directions passed by the writ Court in CWP No.1698 of 2023, titled Prabhu Dayal Vs. State of HP and Ors., decided on 11.05.2023. 2. Apparently vide order dated 16.03.2024 (Annexure P- 2), some benefits have been granted to the petitioner, it is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that as per the documents now supplied on 29.10.2025, order dated 16.03.2024 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the Judgment? Yes -2- (Annexure P-2) passed by the Divisional Manager, Forest Working Division, Solan, HP, has been withdrawn. 3. Keeping in view the above, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings to challenge the said orders. 4.
