--- 02/02.06.2026 Heard Ms. Shipra Sonam, learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P as well as assisted by Mr. Gautam Kumar, learned counsel for the informant.
The petitioners are the accused in connection with Radhanagar P.S. Case No. 35 of 2026. It has been alleged that the brother and wife of the informant were assaulted by the accused persons and brother of the informant died on account of the assault. It appears that specific allegation of assault against the deceased had been attributed to Vipal Ghosh. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioners that so far as the petitioners are concerned, the allegations are general and omnibus in nature. It is further submitted that there is a land dispute existing between both the sides. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the above, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JMFC, Rajmahal in connection with Radhanagar P.S. Case No. 35 of 2026.
This application stands allowed.
