Murtty, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Saria P.S. Case No. 28 of 2023. The petitioner was suspected to have committed the murder of her husband by administering poison. It appears that there was a marital dispute between the petitioner and the deceased and the petitioner had filed a case of maintenance as well as a case under Section 498A IPC. In fact the case was found to be true under Section 306 IPC. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody since 06.04.2026. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Giridih in connection with Saria P.S.
