Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that being aggrieved by the order dated 02.09.2024, passed by the Competent Authority, BIDA, the petitioner has preferred an appeal bearing No.03/2024 before the Appellate Authority, Bhiwadi Integrated Development Authority (BIDA), Bhiwadi and the said appeal is pending since 2024. He further submits that in the said appeal, the service is complete, but the final hearing has been adjourned for various reasons, and on account of such delay, the petitioner is suffering; therefore, a direction may kindly be issued [2026:RJ-JP:3062] (2 of 2) [CW-1052/2026] to the concerned authority dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one month. 2. Heard and considered the submissions made at bar and perused the material available on record. 3. From the perusal of the record, it is evident that, the petitioner has filed appeal before the Appellate Authority, Bhiwadi Integrated Development Authority (BIDA), Bhiwadi against the order dated 02.09.2024 passed by the Competent Authority, Bhiwadi Integrated Development Authority (BIDA), Bhiwadi, and the said appeal has been pending since 14.10.2024, the service therein has been completed, but the final hearing is being adjourned for various reasons; therefore, the Appellate Authority, Bhiwadi Integrated Development Authority (BIDA), Bhiwadi is directed to decide the pending appeal bearing No.03/2024 of the petitioner, within a period of four (4) months from receiving the certified copy of this Order. 4.
