--- 2/02.06.2026 Heard Mr. Baibhav Gahlaut, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
The petitioner is an accused in connection with Harla P.S. Case No.185 of 2025, corresponding G.R. No.381 of 2026, S.T. No.135 of 2026.
The husband of the informant was called by Binod Khopri but he did not return. Subsequently, the dead body of the husband of the informant was recovered. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been implicated on suspicion.
Learned counsel submits that in fact the petitioner had accompanied the informant at the time of the institution of the First Information Report and his signature finds place in the same as a witness.
Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and has submitted that the petitioner is an associate of Binod Khopri.
Regard being had to the fact that the petitioner seems to have been implicated primarily on the basis of suspicion, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Bokaro in connection with Harla P.S. Case No.185 of 2025, corresponding G.R. No.381 of 2026, S.T. No.135 of 2026.
