The present appeal has been filed on behalf of the appellant under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984, read with Order XLIII Rule 1 and Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, challenging the Order dated 06.08.2025 passed by the learned Family Court, South-West District, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi, whereby the applications seeking restoration of HMA No. 3413/2019 and condonation of delay under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963, read with Section 151 of the CPC, were dismissed. 2.
