Heard Mr. Virendra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. 2. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No.41 of 2026. 3. It has been alleged that two persons were apprehended by the police and from their possession, one country made pistol loaded with two cartridges was recovered. 4. The petitioner appears to have been implicated on the confession of a co-accused. Though, the petitioner has got one criminal antecedent but regard being had to his manner of implication and the fact that he is in custody since 26.02.2026, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribagh in connection with Mufassil P.S.
