This is an application filed under Section 483 BNSS, 2023 praying for granting of bail to the accused applicant, in connection with Teok P.S. Case No. 73/2026, registered Page No.# 2/2 under Sections 21(c)/ 25/ 27A/ 29(1) of the NDPS Act, 1985. The learned Addl. P.P. Assam submits that charge sheet in the instant case has already been filed vide charge sheet No. 102/2026 dated 20-02-2026. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the accused applicant submits that liberty should be granted to him to approach the jurisdictional court. In view of the above, the instant bail application stands disposed of with liberty to the accused applicant to approach the jurisdictional court for appropriate relief, if so advised.
