The present writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the authorities concerned to dispossess the private respondents from the land gata no. 300 area 1.50 decimal situated in Village Ait, Paragana Orai, District Jalaun in accordance with law and further be pleased to direct the respondents to comply the order dated 28.02.1994 passed by Consolidation Officer, Orai, District Jalaun. 3. Learned Standing Counsel at the very outset submits that for the relief claimed in the present writ petition the petitioners have an effective and alternative remedy of initiating proceedings under U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed. 5. However, the dismissal of the instant writ petition shall not come in the way of the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy provided under the U.P.
