Choudhary, Advocate For the State :Mr. Praful Jojo, APP -------- Order No. 02/ Dated: 02nd June, 2026 1. Heard Mr. A.K. Choudhary, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. 2. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 50 of 2026. 3. The petitioner and others were apprehended by the police and from their possession, mobiles and Sims were recovered. They were suspected to be involved in cyber crime. So far as the petitioner is concerned, two mobiles and two Sims were recovered. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no victim has come forward to lodge any complaint. It has been submitted that the petitioner has criminal antecedent but the same does not relate to cyber crime. Learned counsel adds that the petitioner is in custody since 08.04.2026. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II-cum Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 50 of 2026, subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be a close relative of the petitioner. 7. This application stands allowed.
