For the O.P. : Mr. Jitendra Pandey, A.P.P. --- 02/02.06.2026 Heard Mr. Anurag Kashyap, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Mango (Olidih) P.S. Case No. 264 of 2024. It has been alleged that the brother of the informant was shot by the accused persons resulting in his death. It appears that the specific allegation of firing has been levelled against Umesh Das and Vikash Jha. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the several co-accused persons were granted bail in B.A. No.5735 of 2025, B.A. No.7358 of 2025 and B.A. No. 8351 of 2025. The petitioner is in custody since 03.01.2025. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Jamshedpur in connection with Mango (Olidih) P.S.
