The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Narayanpur P.S. Case No. 52/2022. It has been alleged that the informant had wanted to purchase a tractor on loan and the accused persons including the present petitioner had taken various documents as well as cash of Rs. 20,000/- but the tractor was never supplied to the informant. It has been submitted that subsequently a pleader notice was received by the informant demanding an amount of Rs. 7,52,000/- for non-deposit of the installments towards the tractor. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is only the owner of the showroom. It has been submitted that in fact the informant had purchased his tractor on loan and on default in payment of the installments the tractor was seized. Learned counsel submits that the guarantor namely, Kalimuddin Ansari has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in A.B.A. No. 683 of 2025. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks and on his surrender, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamtara in connection with Narayanpur P.S.
