Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has produced a communication dated 10.07.2026, issued by the Director of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-171001 and copy of office order dated 10.07.2026, passed by the Deputy Director of School Education (Elementary), Solan, District Solan, H.P., which are taken on record. 2. A perusal of the aforesaid office order dated 10.07.2026 reveals that the Principal of the concerned School 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 has been directed to fix the pay of the petitioner from the date of initial joining on contract basis alongwith such hike to which the petitioner is entitled to. However, the same is subject to final outcome of LPA being filed by State and other legal remedies. 3. Since, the mandate contained in the judgment dated 08.01.2026, passed in CWP No.553 of 2026, titled, Vanita Chauhan vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors., has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is accordingly closed. However, in case, the financial benefits are not released in favour of the petitioner in terms of the aforementioned judgment passed by this Court within eight weeks from today, she shall be at liberty to file an application application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
