Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was initially appointed as Teacher Grade-III on 26.03.2015, however, by leveling unfounded and baseless allegations, the petitioner was placed under suspension vide order dated 20.08.2025 and thereafter, one notice dated 02.12.2025 has already been issued treating the petitioner to be willful absentee and absconder. Learned counsel submits that although, reply to the notice dated 02.12.2025 has been filed by the petitioner on 12.12.2025, yet till this date, no further order has been passed and the petitioner is still continuing under suspension. In the light of above facts, this Court deems it just and proper to dispose of the writ petition with the direction that in case, reply to notice dated 02.12.2025, as filed by the petitioner on 12.12.2025 has been received by the respondents, the same shall be considered and an appropriate order shall be passed within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
