The petitioner is an accused in connection with Lohardaga P.S. Case No. 43/2026. The daughter of the informant was enticed away by the petitioner and another accused. It appears from the 183 BNSS statement of the victim that she has gone with the petitioner to watch a fair but the petitioner had taken her to Ranchi. The petitioner and the driver of the Car had misbehaved with her. When she and the petitioner had boarded a bus to go to Raipur they were apprehended by the Police. The tenor of the 183 BNSS statement of the victim clearly reveals about the love affair existing between the petitioner and the victim. The petitioner is in custody since 25.02.2026. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Spl.
