For the O.P. : A.P.P. --- 02/02.06.2026 Heard Mr. Anurag Kashyap, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Pandwa P.S. Case No. 23 of 2025. It has been alleged that the petitioner and co-accused had entered into the house of the informant and shot the informant and his wife and wife of the informant died. It has also been alleged that the co-accused Roshan Kumar was apprehended by the villagers with firearm and he had disclosed about the name of the petitioner. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that it was the Roshan Kumar, who had fired at the informant and his wife. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner has been implicated on the confession of Roshan Kumar and petitioner is in custody since 18.11.2025. Although the learned A.P.P. has submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent, but regard being had to the manner of implication, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Palamau at Daltonganj in connection with Pandwa P.S.
