The petitioner is an accused in connection with Garhwa P.S. Case No.657 of 2025. It has been alleged that daughter of the informant was murdered. Submission has been advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner that the daughter of the informant had left her house with the petitioner with whom he was having a love affair, but in the meantime the brother of the deceased appeared and forcibly had taken the deceased with him on his motorcycle from where the deceased had jumped and met with an accident. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody since 04.04.2026. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. It appears from the materials collected during investigation as could be deciphered from the impugned order dated 29.04.2026 that the deceased was being taken by her brother from the custody of the petitioner on a motorcycle and she had died as a result of an accident. The allegation against the petitioner therefore, is diluted to a considerable extent by virtue of the materials collected during investigation. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Garhwa in connection with Garhwa P.S.
