Nanda, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned P.P. 2. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Gumla P.S. Case No.129 of 2026. 3. The petitioner and two other accused persons were apprehended by the police and from the possession of one of the accused, 2.19 grams of brown sugar and cash of Rs.6,600/- were recovered. 4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the brown sugar in small quantity was recovered from Sajid Anwar and from the possession of the petitioner, a mobile was recovered. Learned counsel adds that the petitioner is in custody since 09.04.2026. 5. Learned P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Gumla in connection with Gumla P.S.
