Heard Mr. Rajesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. 2. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Barkakana P.S. Case No. 08 of 2016. 3. It has been alleged that some unknown persons have committed the murder of a guard in a goods train. 4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he has been implicated on suspicion as well as on self confession. Learned counsel submits that no Test Identification Parade has been held and there is no recovery of any incriminating articles from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel has submitted that out of fifteen charge-sheeted witnesses, five witnesses have been examined and the petitioner is in custody since 26.05.2016. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. Regard being had to the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II, Latehar in connection with Barkakana P.S. Case No. 08 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall physically appear before the learned trial Court on each and every date till the conclusion of the trial of this case unless prevented by sufficient cause. 7.
