It has been submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner’s side had also instituted a case against the informant’s side for attempting to outrage the modesty being Jasidih P.S. Case No.172 of 2025. Learned counsel submits that even otherwise the allegations are general and omnibus in nature and the petitioner is in custody since 23.04.2026. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
