In this application the petitioner has prayed for quashing of the order dated 11.05.2026 passed in Mahila Sadar P.S. Case No.04/2026. Submission has been advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner that the impugned order dated 11.05.2026 does not contain any valid reasons. Learned A.P.P as well as learned counsel appearing for the informant have opposed the prayer made in this application. It appears that on the prayer of the Investigating Officer proclamation under Section 84 BNSS was issued vide impugned order dated 11.05.2026. On a perusal of the said order it appears that the same is devoid of any reason and no satisfaction has been recorded by the learned court below while directing issuance of proclamation under Section 84 BNSS. In view of the above therefore, the order dated 11.05.2026 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, West Singhbhum, Chaibasa in Mahila Sadar P.S. Case No.04/2026 is hereby quashed.
