A riot and communal violence had erupted during Ramnavami Procession and both the communities pelted stones on each other and the mob also attacked the police officials. 4. It appears that one of the co-accused namely Md. Mustak Alam has been granted bail in B.A. No. 4037 of 2026. The petitioner is in custody since 28.03.2026. The allegation against the petitioner seems to be general and omnibus in nature. 5. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad in connection with Baliapur P.S.
