Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record. 2. This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed seeking direction to the court concerned for early disposal of Criminal Case No. 4796 of 2022 (State Vs. Rahul Barnwal) arising out of Case Crime No. 48 of 2022, under Sections- 498-A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station- Hata, District- Kushinagar, pending before the Civil Judge (J.D.), F.T.C.-I, Padrauna, Kushinagar. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is informant of the case. In the present matter, cognizance had been taken on 03.08.2022 and charges were framed on 26.10.2023 but till dated not even a single witness has been examined by the prosecution and considerable time has already been lapsed. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one and half years from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no other legal impediment.
