Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, fairly submits that the issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by order dated 28.03.2025 passed by Co- ordinate Bench of this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.3501/2025 (State of Rajasthan vs. Dr. Anil Kumar Paliwal). 2. In view of above submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed in the light of order dated 28.03.2025. 3.
