JUSTICE M.I.ARUN ORAL ORDER At the request of respondent No.6, the State as well as respondent No.2 have passed the impugned orders wherein Khata has been issued in favour of respondent No.6 and change of land use from agricultural to residential has been granted. The property is situated in Maralakunte Village, Jala Hobli, Yelahanka Taluk. The petitioner is said to be a Grama Panchayath Member of Marenahalli. He is aggrieved by the grant of the conversion order and issuance of Khata in favour of respondent No.6 by the Authorities concerned regarding the property. Hence, the present writ petition is filed with the following prayers; a) “Issue a writ of certiorari in quashing the order of approval issued by Respondents No.2 and 7 vide Annexure-H totally 1 to 273 sites dated 15.11.2025 - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:21923 WP No. 35107 of 2025 bearing No.GSC Code: PR0880005599930 and Vide Annexure-K ಸಾರದ ಸಾರದ ಸಾರದ ಸಾರದ ಆೇಶ ಆೇಶ ಆೇಶ ಆೇಶ ಸಂ ೆ ಸಂ ೆ ಸಂ ೆ ಸಂ ೆ: ನಅಇ ನಅಇ ನಅಇ ನಅಇ 203 ಎಂಆ ಎಂಆ ಎಂಆ ಎಂಆ 2020 (ಇಇಇಇ-ಕೇ ಕೇ ಕೇ ಕೇ), ೆಂಗಳರು ೆಂಗಳರು ೆಂಗಳರು ೆಂಗಳರು, ¢£ÁAPÀ:19.07.2021 respectively. b) Issue writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to initiate disciplinary action against the respondents to 2,3,4,5,7 and 8, who had supported the lobby of 6th Respondent (Builder) and to pass necessary orders in respect of respondents 2,3,4,5,7 and 8. c) Grant any such other relief or relief’s as this Hon’ble Court deems fit to grant in the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity.” 2. None of the rights of the petitioner has been violated by the actions of the respondents. The case of the petitioner is that he has filed the present writ petition in public interest. As the writ petition is not a public interest writ petition and none of the rights of the petitioner is violated, the same is hereby dismissed, reserving the liberty to the petitioner to file a Public Interest Litigation, if he is so advised.
