For the O.P. : A.P.P. --- 02/02.06.2026 Heard Mr. Anurag Kashyap, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Parsudih P.S. Case No. 18 of 2026. It has been alleged that the petitioner had fired at the informant, but he had a providential escape. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he has been implicated on account of previous enmity. It has further been submitted that the informant has not suffered any injury and though the firearm was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, but the same has not been ascertained to be the weapon which was used in firing at the informant. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 06.03.2026. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur in connection with Parsudih P.S.
