The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent/MCD to demolish the unlawful construction being carried out at property bearing H.No. 1067, Ward No. 7, Near Dargah Wali Gali, Mehrauli, New Delhi -110030. (hereinafter ‘subject property’) 3. The petition was listed before this Court on 3rd August, 2026, when none appeared on behalf of the petitioner despite the matter being passed over. 4.
