Sinha, A.P.P. --- 02/02.06.2026 Heard Mr. Ritesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected in B.A. No. 7944 of 2025. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Raidih P.S. Case No. 56 of 2024. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that six witnesses have been examined during trial and the petitioner is in custody since 30.12.2024. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. The allegation reveal that the victim was subjected to gang rape by the petitioner and others. There is no fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner and the offence being heinous in nature, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
