The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed under Section 482 BNSS in connection with FIR No. 11/2018 registered at Special Police Station SOG, District ATS and SOG for the offence(s) under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the IPC. 2. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant has submitted that the instant matter pertains to the year 2018. It is further submitted that this Court, upon prima facie consideration of the facts, has granted interim protection vide order dated 16.03.2026 directing no coercive action qua the applicant, and pursuant thereto, the applicant has joined the investigation. 3. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the instant anticipatory bail application but could not refute the contentions advanced by learned counsel for the applicant. Having heard the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the parties, upon perusal of the material available on record, and taking note of the fact that the instant matter pertains to the year 2018; that the accused-applicant has joined the investigation as and when directed, and looking to the overall facts and circumstances of the case and material on record but without commenting on the merits/demerits of the case, this Court is inclined to allow the instant anticipatory bail application. 5. Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed. The S.H.O/I.O/Arresting Officer, Special Police Station- SOG, District ATS & SOG in F.I.R. No. 11/2018 is directed that in the event of arrest of the accused-applicant Chandra Bhaskar Kumar Son Of Shri Abhimanyu Prasad, he shall be released on bail, provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the S.H.O/I.O/Arresting Officer of the concerned Police Station. Withal, following conditions are also imposed upon the applicant:- (i) that the applicant shall make himself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required; (ii) that the applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the court or any police officer, and (iii) that the applicant shall not leave India without prior permission of the Court.
