Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Meharma P.S. Case No.95/2025. The wife and son of the informant were assaulted by the petitioner and several other persons. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegations are general and omnibus in nature. Learned counsel further submits that there is a land dispute between the parties which has resulted in false implication of the petitioner. In fact, the false implication of the petitioner, with respect to participating in the assault would be evident from the fact that the petitioner suffers from 45% disability. Learned counsel adds that the petitioner is in custody since 07.04.2026. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Godda in connection with Meharma P.S.
