The petitioner appears to have been implicated on the confession of apprehended accused. Some of the co-accused persons have been granted bail in B.A. No.5626 of 2025 and B.A. 4333 of 2025. The petitioner is in custody since 04.05.2026 and he does not have any criminal antecedent as submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
