The son of the informant was suspected to have been abducted by Anil Singh with whose daughter, the son of the informant was having an affair. 4. The petitioner appears to be the wife of Anil Singh, who has been granted bail in B.A. No. 8521 of 2024. The petitioner is in custody since 01.04.2026. 5. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Garhwa in connection with Ranka P.S.
