Mazumdar, Advocate For the Opposite Party : Spl. PP --- 2/02.06.2026 Heard Mrs. J. Mazumdar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Spl.PP for the State. The petitioners are an accused in connection with Poraiyahat P.S. Case No.06 of 2026. The husband of the informant was assaulted by some unknown persons, which resulted in his death. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have been implicated on the confession of a co-accused as well as on their self-confession. Learned counsel submits that there are no eye-witnesses to the incident and only on the basis of suspicion, the petitioners have been implicated. Learned counsel adds that the petitioners are is in custody since 10.01.2026. Learned Spl.PP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the manner of implication of the petitioners, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Godda in connection with Poraiyahat P.S.
