Heard Mr. Agnivesh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. 2. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Chandil P.S. Case No. 15 of 2025. 3. The son of the informant was stabbed to death by the accused persons. Petitioner appears to have been implicated on the confession of Md. Tausif @ Bhenda. 4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no Test Identification Parade has been held and there is no recovery of any incriminating article from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel adds that the petitioner is in custody since 08.01.2026. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. Regard being had to the manner of implication of the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandil in connection with Chandil P.S.
