The petitioner is an accused in connection with Katras (East Basuria) P.S. Case No. 279 of 2025. A dacoity was committed in the house of the informant and cash and jewelry were looted. The petitioner appears to have been implicated on the confession of a co-accused rendered in Nawadih P.S. Case No. 57 of 2025. Though the petitioner has got several criminal antecedents but regard being had to his manner of implication and the period of custody which is since 22.09.2025, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad in connection with Katras (East Basuria) P.S.
