The grievance of the petitioner is that after his superannuation, the retiral benefits, which are due to him, has not been released in his favour. 3. As prayed for, this petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall file a representation to the Authority in this regard within two weeks. Decision thereupon shall be taken by the Authority within six weeks thereafter. While deciding the representation of the petitioner, it be taken into consideration that if the retiral benefits due to the petitioner have actually not been paid to him, then, needful be done by the Department forthwith.
