No one is present on behalf of the accused-petitioner even in second round. 3. Taking into consideration the allegation against the accused- petitioner and the fact that twelve other criminal cases are pending against the present accused-petitioner which shows that the accused-petitioner is in habit of misusing the liberty of bail again and again, therefore, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the accused-petitioner on bail. 4.
