Malityar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned P.P. 2. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Dhanbad Cyber P.S. Case No.53 of 2025. 3. It has been alleged that there were some suspicious transactions in the account of the petitioner of huge amount for which his bank account was frozen. 4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and he is a student of I.T.I. It has been submitted that the account of the petitioner was opened at the instance of one Aman Kumar Singh. Learned counsel further adds that the charge has been framed in the instant case. 5. Learned P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. Regard being had to the fact that a huge amount of money was deposited in the account of the petitioner which clearly reveals about the involvement of the petitioner in cybercrime, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
