Heard Mr. Ranjan Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. 2. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Belbadda P.S. Case No.32 of 2024. 3. The house of Md. Kadir was searched by the police and two stolen motorcycles were recovered. He had disclosed that the stolen motorcycles were purchased from the petitioner. 4. The petitioner, therefore, appears to have been implicated on the confession of Md. Kadir, who has been granted bail in B.A. No. 10130 of 2024. 5. Although it has been submitted by learned A.P.P. that the petitioner has got one criminal antecedent but regard being had to his manner of implication and the period of custody which is since 15.05.2025, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Godda in connection with Belbadda P.S.
