CMP No. 16858 of 2026 From a perusal of the award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Sundernagar, District Mandi, H.P., dated 22.11.2021, it is evident that applicant/respondent No. 5 was held entitled to the release of 50% of the compensation amount along with up-to-date interest. Furthermore, in terms of the order dated 10.04.2023, passed in CMP No. 2507 of 2023, the 50% share of the compensation amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court, along with up-to-date interest, was ordered to be released in favor of the applicant.
