Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody since 05.03.2026. Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the manner of implication, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Latehar in connection with Manika P.S.
