Sharma, Additional Advocate General. ________________________________________________ Sushil Kukreja, Judge (Oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record communication dated 13.07.2026, alongwith copy of order of even date, wherein it has been stated as under:- “…..in compliance to judgment dated 12.12.2025, passed in CWPOA No.4131/2020, the case of the petitioner has been examined and order dated 13.07.2026 has been passed, wherein services of the petitioner has been re-engaged as Lecturer (School New) Mathematics in PTA GIA basis w.e.f. 26.08.2006 at GSSS Gondpur Bulla, Distt.
