The petitioner is an accused in S.T. Case No. 327 of 2025, arising out of Azadnagar P.S. Case No. 4/2023. The informant was assaulted by the accused persons and fired upon by Chotu Bacha. Later on, he died. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that specific allegation of firing has been attributed to Chotu Bacha. So far as the petitioner is concerned, the allegations are general and omnibus in nature and out of 13 witnesses 2 witnesses have been examined so far. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the generality of allegations levelled against the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Jamshedpur in S.T.
