On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the application, which is well supported by an affidavit, the same is allowed and delay of 130 days in filing the instant MCCs is hereby condoned. 4. Also heard on MCCs. 5. These MCCs have been preferred by applicants for restoration of ARBA No.48 of 2017 and ARBA No.49 of 2017, which were dismissed by this Court vide common order dated 17.06.2025 for want of prosecution. 6. Learned counsel for the respondent raised his formal objection. 7. Having considered the reasons mentioned in the application, these MCCs are allowed. Registry is directed to restore ARBA No.48/2017 (The Chief General Manager & Anr. vs. M/s Shyamlal Agrawal) and ARBA No.49/2017 in its original number. 8. Accordingly, these MCCs are allowed. 9.
