The petitioner is an accused in connection with NDPS Case No.40/2026 arising out of Sidhgora P.S. Case No.10/2026. The petitioner and another accused were apprehended from a dilapidated house and from their possession, brown sugar was recovered. It appears that so far as the petitioner is concerned, 6 grams of brown sugar was recovered from his possession and there was recovery of 17 grams of brown sugar from the possession of the co-accused who has been granted bail in B.A. 3637 of 2026. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 19.01.2026 and he does not have any criminal antecedents. Learned Spl. P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (NDPS Act), Jamshedpur in connection with NDPS Case No.40/2026 arising out of Sidhgora P.S.
