ORAL ORDER
The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayer:
"WHEREFORE, the petitioner humbly pray that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to call for the records and set-aside the Order passed by the First Addl. Civil Judge & JMFC at Malavalli, in Crl.Misc.No.29/2021 dated 05-02-2021 vide Annexure-D and also the challenging the Order passed by the First Addl. District & Sessions Judge, at Mandya, in Crl. Revn. Petition No.133/2021 dated 28-07-2025 vide Annexure-G and allow the Appeal, in the interest of justice."
2. Heard Sri. Raja L., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3. The petitioner is said to be the adopted son of the person, who approaches the concerned Court under Section 125(1) of the Cr.P.C. The concerned Court by a detailed order grants maintenance to this petitioner at Rs.8,000/-. The only plea that is put forth by the petitioner in the case at hand is that he is an adopted son and the respondent himself has lot of properties, that would not be of any avail, as the concerned Court considers everything and grants a meager sum of

Rs.8,000/- from the hands of the son to the father to maintain the father.
4. In that light, finding no merit in the petition, the petition stands dismissed.
