The prayer for bail of the petitioners was earlier dismissed as withdrawn in B.A. No.2256 of 2026. 3. The petitioners are accused in connection with Garu P.S. Case No.35 of 2025. 4. It has been alleged that the informant was subjected to rape by the petitioners and others. 5. It seems that the co-accused persons have been granted bail in B.A. No. 11873 of 2025 and B.A. No. 3146 of 2026. 6. Learned counsel submits that the case of the petitioners is similar to that of the co-accused who has been granted bail. He has further submitted that the petitioners are in custody since 10.09.2025. 7. Learned A.P.P. though has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners but has not disputed the aforesaid facts. 8. Regard being had to the above, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount 2026:JHHC:16024 each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Latehar in connection with Garu P.S.
