According to the applicant, the address of the applicant, as given in the writ petition was incorrect, for which, the Superintendent of Police (Border), Morigaon did not accept the bail bond offered by the family members of the applicant. Accordingly, by disclosing the correct address at Paragraph-4 in this Interlocutory Application, a prayer has been made to allow the applicant to amend the address of the applicant in the writ petition. 3. However, it is noticed that the correct address has not been provided in the 2nd Cause Title of this Interlocutory Application. Accordingly, Ms. S. K. Nargis, learned counsel for the applicant prays that she may be allowed to withdraw this Interlocutory Application to file afresh. 4. Prayer is allowed. 5.
