Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel for respondents and perused the material on record. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that having regard to the fact that representation at Annexure- B dated 12.03.2021 submitted by the petitioner has not been considered by the respondents so far, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition. 4. Per contra learned counsel for respondents submit that if reasonable time is granted, respondents would consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and joint submissions made by both the sides, I deem it - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:12707 WP No. 25097 of 2023 just and proper to dispose of this petition directing the concerned respondents to address the grievance of the petitioner, consider and pass appropriate orders/take appropriate steps/action pursuant to the representation submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6. Liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioner to submit a fresh representation along with documents, which shall be considered by respondent no.3 in accordance with law.
